You will lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure top customer experiences while meeting store goals and maintaining a collaborative environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
