Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead in Reston, VA to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and handle on-duty responsibilities including opening and closing the store.

The role emphasizes leadership, inclusivity, and operational excellence while aligning with company standards and brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proficient in technology systems and POS usage.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Manager to drive sales, service and operations.
• Coach and develop store team to maximize performance.
• Open/close duties as manager on duty when scheduled.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding store staff as needed.
• Communicate priorities and sales-driving information to the team.
