Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key merchandising areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery. The updated model positions Team Leaders as top selling Team Members with clear ownership of assigned areas.

In this role you will supervise shifts, train team members using A+ coaching routines, ensure safety, and drive customer engagement while maintaining store

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own weekly Clothing Department recovery and support BOPIS/OMNI execution.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
