Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members on the sales floor. The role involves owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, with responsibility for BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

The Team Leader is expected to be a top selling Team Member, demonstrate strong ownership of merchandising and customer engagement, and supervise shifts while maintaining a safe, productive store

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to meet service standards.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop team members and improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead clothing department recovery and assigned standards with follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking and staging for customers.
