Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide Legendary Service and coaching to Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safety.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Maintain store presentation and monthly clothing department recovery.
