Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and deliver Legendary Service on the sales floor. You will own display areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps, and assist with BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed.

This role emphasizes leadership on shifts, accountability for execution, and maintaining safe, productive store operations while ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment and enforce policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members on selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and Clothing recovery execution and maintenance.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure service expectations are met.
• Operate store equipment and assist customers with purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
