Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a passion for customer service.

You will lead shifts, help maintain store readiness, and ensure Legendary Service while supporting BOPIS/OMNI activities as needed. This demanding, hands-on role rewards strong teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Manager.
• Support Store readiness by owning and maintaining Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing.
• Operate cash register/computer, forklift, and other equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation associated with the above job duties accurately and timely.
• Obtain license or certifications as needed by the business.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
