Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. This role includes ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

As a Team Leader, you will lead assigned Team Members during shifts, delegate tasks, uphold safety, and ensure front-end and sales-floor readiness.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but reading, writing and counting accurately is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with task delegation and safety.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Operate cash register/computer and assist customers with loading purchases.
