Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. This role requires flexibility for varied hours and a strong focus on customer engagement and team development.

You will lead shifts, ensure Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery are maintained, and support BOPIS/OMNI execution.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
