Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery.

You will be expected to lead shifts, ensure safe work practices, and support BOPIS/OMNI execution. Strong customer engagement and supervisory experience are preferred. The position may include varied shifts and frontline duties.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or familiarity with farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Operate cash register and assist customers as needed.
