Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key in-store presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. You will strive to deliver Legendary Service and help create a safe, productive environment.

This role requires flexible hours, leadership ability, and a willingness to work across front-end and sales floor, including BOPIS/OMNI support, and training teammates.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied shifts.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own weekly Clothing Department recovery, including standards and follow‑up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, customer handoff, and follow‑up.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with task delegation and safety practices.
• Support front‑end, sales floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines.
• Operate cash register/computer, forklift, and other equipment; assist customers.
