Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach team members, own merchandising areas, and ensure omni-channel executions based on store needs.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, maintaining Power Panels and Endcaps, and driving customer engagement while ensuring safe, productive operations. This role requires flexibility and a focus on team development.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, farming, ranching, pet/equine or welding knowledge is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is preferred and 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members on selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support store recovery and customer engagement routines.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
