Loop Neighborhood Market is seeking a Team Leader to drive store performance, operations, and the customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, create schedules to control labor costs, oversee cash handling, and ensure store readiness. The role focuses on leadership, service, inventory management, and safety to deliver a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or a similar fast-paced environment, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Motivated to contribute to a performance-driven team.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
