CVS Health Store Team Leader (STL) role at CVS Health, a single-unit retail leader responsible for leading the team to deliver operational and service excellence. You will manage, inspire, and coach front-store staff while ensuring adherence to SOPs and heart-at-work values.

The STL partners with pharmacy teams, schedules in advance, focuses on talent development, safety, and performance, and acts as an ambassador for CVS Health in the community.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of all required training for current role within required timeframe.
• High school diploma or general equivalent development (GED).
• 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, including oversight of front store and cross-trained colleague performance and development.
• Ensure appropriate staffing to operate store by scheduling to demand and publishing schedules three weeks in advance.
• Improve store performance measures by coaching colleagues and addressing barriers to operation.
• Maintain a safe and high-quality working environment compliant with regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee timely and quality training of front store and cross-trained colleagues.
• Conduct regular check-ins with direct reports to track business goals and engage the team.
• Foster a OneTeam mentality and collaborate with Rx DL, Pharmacy Manager, and other in-store teams.
• Partner with FS DL to establish store priorities and new initiatives.
• Act as an ambassador for CVS Health through professional behaviors and community engagement.
