CVS Health Store Manager (SM) leads a single retail unit, guiding Front Store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and service goals. You will coach staff, ensure schedules meet demand, and uphold company SOPs while fostering a culture of Heart At Work.

The role requires flexible scheduling, weekend shifts, and a focus on safety and quality. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and a commitment to CVS Health’s values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required;Bachelor’s degree preferred in some cases.
