Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

Team Leaders are expected to be top selling Team Members with strong organizational and customer engagement skills. This role requires flexibility in shifts and a focus on safe, productive store operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues ethically.
• Ability to perform and execute principle responsibilities of Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as assigned.
• Support clothing department recovery and BOPIS/OMNI execution as needed.
• Operate registers and equipment; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
