Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting BOPIS/OMNI, front-end activities, and drive for consistent store readiness, with a focus on Legendary Service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer, reading, writing, and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure safe practices.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI activities and store readiness.
• Assist customers at the front end and on the sales floor.
