Job summary

QuikTrip Corp. is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations, serve customers, reinforce standards, and help train clerks. Under the Store Manager, you'll promote teamwork, uphold policies, and foster an inclusive, customer-focused environment.

You will lead by example on engagement, execution, and daily store tasks, ensuring accurate merchandising, safe food handling, and smooth shift handoffs while growing with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by delivering friendly, helpful service and upholding company standards.
• Mentor peers, resolve conflicts, and model professional behavior on shift.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store appearance and safe, correct food handling.
• Optimize product presentation and ensure shelves align with customer demand.
• Coordinate shift activities and support cross-shift teamwork to meet needs.
• Monitor tasks, ensure reporting and inventory processes are followed.
• Support store operations and uphold policies under Store Manager guidance.
