QuikTrip is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will work under the Store Manager, promote teamwork, uphold company policies, and create a welcoming environment for all customers and employees.

You will help train clerks, contribute to a high-performing team culture, and demonstrate strengths in Customer Engagement, Operational Execution, and Teamwork in line with QuikTrip standards and values.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail store sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service - Own the customer experience by anticipating needs and solving problems.
• Employee Support / Teamwork - Mentor peers and model professional behavior.
• Store Appearance - Maintain a clean, welcoming customer-facing environment.
