Job summary

Hill House Home is seeking a Keyholder to help lead the retail team in our Charleston store. You will coach and develop a team of associates to provide a best-in-class shopping experience for our customers.

The Keyholder will also be responsible for supporting the store’s daily operations including inventory management and reporting. This is a full-time position with a retail schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Retail management experience or service industry management background.
Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
Flexibility with weekend/holiday schedules.

Responsibilities

Promote an engaging and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and inspires others.
Ensure sales associates provide best-in-class customer service to drive sales.
Be knowledgeable and proficient with technology to process transactions in line with HHH policies.
Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards aligned with brand standards.
Resolve customer issues using sound business judgment and escalate when needed.
Assist in opening and closing the store and maintaining daily operations.
Help manage stockroom organization and inbound/outbound shipments.
Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in all store operations.
Assume managerial operational functions as needed by business demands.
