Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage a team.
• Proficient with Google Workspace applications (Docs/Sheets/Slides).

Responsibilities

• Promote the store's strategic vision and drive profits through effective leadership.
• Hire, lead, and develop all store associates and maintain staffing needs.
• Develop reporting stores leaders for future leadership opportunities.
• Ensure store presentation complies with company standards in merchandising, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Communicate with Buyers and adhere to directives for operations and policies.
• Monitor customer service quality to meet expectations and standards.
• Foster a stable, knowledgeable store organization.
• Collaborate with Performance Support Manager, HRBP, DAPM, and District Team Leader.
• Manage freight flow, backroom organization, and 24-hour freight turnaround.
