Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Store Team Leader to oversee a store location, handling hiring, development, P&L reporting, merchandising, and daily operations in line with company policies. You will lead and develop the store team to achieve goals and maintain high standards of service.

The role requires prior retail management experience and proficiency with Google Workspace tools, with a focus on building a collaborative, results-driven team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote the store’s strategic vision and drive profits through effective leadership.
• Hire, lead, and develop all store associates while maintaining staffing needs.
• Develop reporting store leaders to increase capacity and succession for future opportunities.
• Ensure store presentation complies with merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Provide proper ordering and communication to Buyers.
• Coordinate with operational, merchandising, and visual policy implementations.
