Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Promote the store's strategic vision and drive profits through effective leadership.
• Hire, lead, and develop all store associates; manage staffing needs per base-scheduling.
• Develop reporting store leaders to build capacity and future leadership.
• Ensure store presentation complies with merchandising, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
