Job summary

Men's Wearhouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in Phoenix to lead a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and recruit and train team members to meet sales and service goals.

You will help set performance expectations, ensure proper staffing, and model the company values through active coaching and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
