Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities, training and team building skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Able to communicate with customers and staff.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and implements in-store sales strategies.
• Establishes clear expectations and holds team accountable for brand, performance, and behavior standards.
• Controls payroll and supply budget.
• Schedules, conducts inventory, and oversees cashiering and price changes.
• Manages all financial activities per policy, including cash handling and merchandise handling.
• Ensures compliance with laws and loss prevention policies and trains associates on controls.
• Oversees inventory receipt/dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
• Maintains visual presentation and store cleanliness in line with Brand standards.
• Develops a high performance culture and motivates the sales team to meet goals.
• Trains and coaches team on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Supports locate fulfillment and selling activities.
