Job summary

You will lead a customer-first culture, coach staff, oversee inventory, ensure safety and security, and partner with HR to recruit and retain qualified personnel while ensuring daily opening and closing routines.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventories.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.
• Understand deposits, keys and store security practices.
• Operate cash registers and reports generation tools.

• Provide superior customer service leadership to exceed the customer’s expectations.
• Coach the team on balancing tasks with customer service to support a customer-centric culture.

• Communicate store performance and safety expectations; conduct meetings and events to reinforce policies.
• Ensure store is properly staffed and opened/closed each day.
