Job summary

You will personally open and close the store several times per week, monitor performance, manage cash control, and ensure a clean, well-organized shopping environment consistent with company standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and company policies.
• Ability to staff and train employees.
• Strong cash handling and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain store staff per laws and policies.
• Oversee daily opening/closing and staffing.
• Order and stock to meet in-stock targets.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory; manage shrink and accuracy.
• Ensure customer service leadership and store safety.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and paperwork.
