Goodwill Legacy Group seeks a Store Team Leader for Store 04 Muncie, located at 5035 W. Hessler Rd., Muncie, IN 47304. The role supports the Store Leader and management team to execute the annual operating plan and delivers customer-focused service daily.

You will coach hourly employees, oversee operations, and contribute to financial metrics, while upholding Goodwill’s mission and values in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Degree and Credential Requirements - NONE.
• Coaching and feedback to improve knowledge/skill areas.
• Strong communication via oral, written, visual and non-verbal means.
