Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. This role includes Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, with BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

You will be part of a team that values practical, hands-on leadership in a dynamic retail environment. The Team Leader is expected to be a top selling Team Member, actively coaching others, and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation and safety.
