Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance. You will help achieve store objectives while delivering a friendly, guest-focused experience and a strong sense of ownership among staff.

You will lead training, supervise staff, manage schedules, and participate in budgeting and strategic planning. This role requires flexibility across shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Employed in current position for at least six months.
• 360 evaluation confirmed by Manager within 12 months prior transfer.
• Consistent performance with no active corrective actions.
• Pass screening processes including skills assessments and interviews.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible to business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and work within a budget.
• Work as part of a team and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Sales Leader in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales processes, orders, inventory).
• Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Organize the schedule for new hires for onboarding programs.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires.
• Lead continuous training programs and ensure full participation.
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
• Coach and support Sales Associates.
• Conduct ongoing performance reviews.
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
• Analyze consumer behavior and propose product positioning.
• Handle complaints from customers.
• Research emerging products and update store merchandise.
• Create reports and analyze revenues, expenses, and competition.
• Ensure employees adhere to policies and guidelines.
• Act as store representative and set a good example.
