Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Lead to support store leadership, coach team members, and own key sales-floor areas. You will drive Legendary Service, manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps and clothing recovery, and assist with BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

The role requires flexibility, strong service orientation, and the ability to lead shifts and ensure execution of merchandising standards. Retail experience and supervisory capability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and lead by example in customer engagement and coaching.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, signing and recovery.
• Lead team members during shifts, delegate tasks, monitor service expectations and safety.
