Job summary

Wild Fork Foods in Florida is seeking a Store Team Lead to oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to meet store objectives. You will foster collaboration and act as a Brand Ambassador to elevate guest experience.

This full-time role involves training staff, coordinating scheduling, managing inventory, supporting store campaigns, and driving KPIs with the Store Manager. A monthly bonus potential accompanies the base pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• 1–2 years of leadership or management experience in a retail, grocery, or high-volume setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a wide range of people.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to customers and flexible.
• Ability to work a flex schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Systems capabilities preferred: SAP, Order Management Systems, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class customer service.
• Train Sales Leaders and ensure product knowledge.
• Lead continuous training and onboarding for new joiners.
• Collaborate with SSL to schedule shadowing and training.
• Attend campaigns and product training calls with the SSL.
• Monitor KPIs and inventory; drive sales with the team.
