Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a high-performing team. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and upholding brand standards across a busy retail floor.

The role requires ensuring payroll accuracy, scheduling, and strong loss-prevention practices while collaborating with the Store Manager on business goals and omni-channel initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology such as hand-held and mobile devices.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kg and stand/walk for shifts.
• Knowledge of employment laws, including federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and store objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends for real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and a welcoming floor.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audit results.
• Rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals and Operations areas.
• Support omni-channel efforts through apps and social campaigns.
