Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and high service standards.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
