Job summary

South Moon Under is seeking a part-time Key Holder to partner with the Store Leader in delivering best-in-class service and curated looks for customers. You will lead by example, coach the team, and maintain brand standards to ensure a compelling in-store experience.

You will help manage daily operations, drive performance metrics, and foster a collaborative, fashion-forward culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in a management-level role in a specialty retail environment is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and POS systems.
• Excellent leadership, time management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and act as a Brand Ambassador to elevate the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Leader and peers to manage retail operations and drive performance.
• Maintain Visual and Operational standards and monitor KPIs to meet goals.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support team, customers, and business needs.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety policies are followed.
