South Moon Under in Towson, MD seeks a part-time Key Holder to partner with the Store Leader, inspire the team, and deliver best-in-class service while creating curated looks for customers.

You will lead by example, manage daily shipments, uphold visual standards, and handle performance tasks with a focus on sales, customer engagement, and brand integrity. Prior retail leadership and flexibility to work non-traditional hours are a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; an associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a management-level position in a specialty retail environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and POS systems.
• Excellent leadership skills and time management, prioritization, and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
