Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Houston, TX to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution. You will lead the store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, merchandise, price and stock shelves, and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by assigning and following up on activities and communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems or complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing and stock displays.
