Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part‑time Shift Supervisor in Houston to support the store management team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead staff during shifts, help customers, and maintain merchandising standards while promoting CVS customer service culture. The role requires flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff when managers are not onsite.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve issues in alignment with CVS policy.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive CVS shopping experience.
• Price, stock, and merchandise displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following POGs and ensure smooth store operations.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory.
