Job summary

CVS Health in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and ensure smooth store operations. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager and focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervision, merchandising, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information. The role requires flexible scheduling including early mornings and weekends, with a typical 24-hour weekly commitment.

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of manager or supervisor; ensure smooth operations.
• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Maintain shelves, price merchandise and execute displays per planograms.
