Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are offsite, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not on site, ensuring store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays per weekly promos and seasonal needs.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain safe customer interactions in line with policy.
