Responsibilities

• Open and close in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Oversee store team tasks
• Assist in training of store team to ensure optimum performance and customer service
• Oversee store team in the absence of the store manager to ensure optimum performance and customer service
• Assist in inventory maintenance; general housekeeping
• Oversee receiving of merchandise and stocking; manage cash & receivables per procedures
• Work with management to achieve sales and productivity goals
• Maintain good working condition of store equipment and fixtures
• Develop and execute ideas to increase store traffic
• Ensure end-caps and displays are merchandised and maintained
• Provide amazing customer service and resolve complaints in a timely, courteous manner
• Authorize acceptance of checks per company policy
• Attend mandatory monthly store meetings
• Other responsibilities as assigned by store management.
