Responsibilities

• Lead and train store staff in all areas including warehouse, receiving, pets, or cashier.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, accurate service while following procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and supervise operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Direct merchandising, pricing, stocking, and backstock handling per procedures.
• Ensure security, cash handling accuracy, deposits, and end-of-day paperwork.
• Communicate promotions and product benefits to team and customers.
