Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Assist customers and address questions with a positive attitude.
• Organize merchandise, transfer from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, damage processing, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets including cash.
• Enforce policies and safety guidelines.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep bathrooms and floors clean; trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
