Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and interpret operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise transfer from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Open and close store procedures as needed.
• Maintain store displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping.
• Support in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain neat, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Promote a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of store and restrooms; perform other duties as assigned.
