Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support a outstanding customer experience and build a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and inspire the team to connect with customers.

In this role, you will recruit and develop talent, use data and reporting to drive store performance, and ensure an inclusive environment where every colleague feels valued. This is a Regular/Full time position at Store 1233-Williamsburg, VA 23188.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
