Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Work Experiences:

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, in applicable roles.
• Must meet requirements to qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills; effective problem solving and communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Other Requirements (Excluding Lead Cashier):

• Meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, as applicable.
• Qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, as applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, and rules.
• Stand, walk, reach, handle, and perform repetitive motions; lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21 to 40 pounds frequently.
• Occasionally sit, climb, balance, and lift 41 to 60 pounds.
