Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Support of people and processes to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
• Compliance with federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions (if applicable).
• Eligibility to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to understand and follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with firearm transaction regulations and FOID card requirements (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training (if applicable).

Physical and Attendance Requirements:

• Adequate hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive motions; lift up to 20 pounds regularly, 21-40 pounds frequently, and 41-60 pounds occasionally.
