Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Work Experiences:

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and meet sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must meet requirements to qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills; effective problem-solving and communication abilities with customers and team members.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to understand and carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Other Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training required in applicable roles.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties effectively.
• Adherence to company work hours, policies, and professional conduct rules.
• Constantly standing, walking, reaching, handling, performing repetitive motions, feeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Frequently stooping, crouching, using fingers, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21 to 40 pounds.
• Occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41 to 60 pounds.
