As a Team Lead, you will drive the execution of projects and initiatives while leading team members, impacting customer satisfaction, store profitability, and fulfilling our purpose.

• Logistics Team Lead
• Operations Team Lead
• Store Inventory Control Team Lead
• Store Merchandising Team Lead
• Sales Team Lead Softlines
• Sales Team Lead Hardlines

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• At least two years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting people and processes to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
• Ability to meet federal and state requirements for firearm transactions, where applicable.
• Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety and operational documents.
• Proficient in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Common sense understanding to follow instructions in various formats.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with firearm transaction regulations and FOID card requirements (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds constantly; 21-40 pounds frequently; 41-60 pounds occasionally.
