Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of two years relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting people and processes to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
• Ability to meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Common sense understanding to carry out instructions in various formats.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office products.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with federal and state firearm transaction requirements where applicable.
• Qualification to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Adequate hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct standards.
• Constantly stand, walk, reach, handle, and perform repetitive motions; lift up to 20 pounds.
• Frequently stoop, crouch, grasp, push, pull, talk, hear, and lift 21-40 pounds.
• Occasionally sit, climb, balance, and lift 41-60 pounds.
